Director of Public Innovation of the Coordination of National Digital Strategy in the Office of the President of Mexico, where he is one of the main responsible of the development and implementation of the Mexican Open Data Policy. Enrique holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, with specialization in economic development, and obtained the British Council’s Chevening Scholarship. Previously, he worked at the Mexican Ministry of Economy, where he was responsible of coordinating the North American Competitiveness Agenda and trade negotiations with Asia Pacific. He was part of the editorial board of the Global section for one of the main newspapers in Mexico. Internationalist from Universidad Iberoamericana, he is part of the Mexican Council of Foreign Affairs.
