Open Contracting Data Standard: From Design to Action / Norme de données sur les marchés ouverts (NDMO): De la conception à l'action
Opening up public contracting data could promote better value for money, improved market analysis, reduced fraud & corruption, and better delivery of goods and services to citizens. The Open Contracting Data Standard was launched in November 2014 after a dynamic development process to this end and is the first effort to produce standardised and structured public information in an open format. This quickfire, interactive session, hosted by the Open Contracting Partnership, explores experiences and lessons from early adopters so far, asks the audience to share theirs, and explores how our efforts to open up public contracting can be further improved.
