This session will review the progress of countries which have introduced open data (proactive disclosure) laws and present a brief training session by/for journalists and Civil Society Organizations on how to use Right to Information laws for gaining access to data.
Au cours de cette séance, on examinera les progrès des pays qui ont adopté des lois sur des données ouvertes (divulgation proactive) et on présentera une brève séance de formation donnée par des journalistes et à l'intention de journalistes et d'organisations de la société civile sur la façon d'utiliser les lois sur le droit à l'information pour obtenir l'accès aux données.
